How do I create an account on Gendo?
Creating an account on Gendo is quick, easy, and free. Simply click “Sign Up”, and answer a few quick questions to get started.
Does Gendo offer a free trial?
Yes, the free tier gives you unlimited rendering. To access upscaling at 2&4k, describe to concept and to remove watermarking, simply upgrade to a paid plan.
What is the cost per credits?
The cost per credit depends on your plan and any credit packs you buy. Plans come with monthly credits included; one-off credit packs are available for extra needs.
What happens to my unused credits at the end of the month?
One-off credit packs never expire — you can use them anytime. Unused standard subscription credits do not roll over. Your balance resets each billing cycle based on your plan.
How often am I billed?
You’re billed monthly, starting from the day you subscribe.
When can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time. You’ll keep access to your remaining credits until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your subscription won’t renew.
How do I change my subscription plan?
Click the “Upgrade Now” button in the top-right corner of the Studio to change your plan. If you’re on a Team plan, contact your organisation owner to request changes or more credits.
What can I do if I run out of credits?
You can buy one-off credit packs anytime. Your subscription will also renew at the end of your billing cycle, resetting your monthly credits.
Do you have a pay-as-you-go option?
Yes — we offer one-off credit packs that you can buy at any time. You’ll need to be on a paid plan (Individual, Professional, or Team) to purchase them.
How do I know how many credits I have remaining?
Inside the Studio, hover over the Credits button in the top-left corner. It will show your remaining credits and let you manage your plan or buy more credits.
How do I request a refund?
Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your Organisation Settings. After cancellation, your paid plan benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, but you won't be charged for the subsequent period. For more detailed information, please refer to the "Fees and Payment" section of the Terms of Service.
Does Gendo offer an Enterprise Plan?
